Strategic Planning and Partnerships
- Identify potential community-oriented businesses, organizations, and individuals that align with our cause and can become potential collaborators.
- Establish a strategy to reach out to potential donors and secure funding.
- Collaborate with the PACs of Delta School District 37 to identify the specific needs and programs that need funding.
Community Engagement and Awareness Campaigns
- Plan and execute a launch event for the initiative to build awareness and secure initial funding.
- Create a digital awareness campaign to educate the public about the needs of the Delta School District and the goals of the Back 2 School Initiative.
Q1-Q2 2025
Scholarship Program Development
- Develop a scholarship program that will provide funds to the brightest and most deserving students.
- Identify potential candidates for scholarships and begin the application process.
S.T.E.M. Program Development
- Collaborate with educators and experts in the field to create a S.T.E.M. curriculum.
- Begin to implement the curriculum into the school system, providing necessary resources and equipment.
Q3-Q4 2025
Fundraising Events
- Organize fundraising events throughout the community.
- Engage with donors to meet our fundraising goals.
Evaluation and Impact Measurement
- Evaluate the impact of our initiatives on the students and the school system.
- Conduct surveys and studies to determine the effectiveness of our programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Share impact reports with donors and supporters to show the tangible benefits of their contributions.
Expansion of Hardship Programs
- Based on the needs identified through our collaboration with PACs and the success of previous initiatives, expand the hardship programs to provide additional support.
- Continue to develop and innovate on programs to cater to the changing needs of students.
Throughout 2024-2025, we will continually engage with our community, provide updates on our initiatives, and keep a strong line of communication with our partners, donors, and supporters. The Back 2 School Initiative for Kids in Delta is a collaborative effort, and we are dedicated to working together to create a brighter future for our students.
